自己做的年糕还是少量制作，做一次够吃一两顿的量比较好，冻完的年糕口感没有刚做出来的好吃，个人还是推荐用年糕制作炒年糕或者是年糕火锅最棒！

操作：洋葱、胡萝卜切条，大蒜剁成蓉，小葱切段（只要绿色葱叶部分即可），韩式辣酱中加入辣椒粉，生抽，白糖（这几样根据你的口味适量），加入少许清水混合均匀。然后在锅中加入适量清水，倒入酱料煮开，开了后放入年糕中火煮5分钟至年糕浮起。加入青菜翻炒熟透。待汤汁粘稠后加入小葱在翻炒下就可以出国啦！愿意的话在撒些白芝麻上去。
制作年糕需要以下材料：粘米粉 、糯米粉（或玉米淀粉） 、水。步骤如下：
1、 将粘米粉、糯米粉放入容器混合搅拌均匀，少许盐溶于水后缓慢倒入面粉中，用筷子搅拌。
2、搅拌均匀和成粗糙的面团醒3-5分钟，然后用手捏成耳垂般柔软的面团，分成6等分，再醒3-5分钟。
